2009年推出「響12年」調和威士忌，融合三得利旗下山崎、白州麥芽原酒及知多蒸餾廠豐富的穀類原酒，調配過程更中使用了象徵三得利創新「梅酒桶後熟原酒」及堅持傳統的「30年以上熟成原酒」，讓「響12年」有著明顯的果香前味及豐富的熟成感，並於英國倫敦率先發表，其甘醇滑順、細膩醇厚的特點，再次撼動歐美威士忌品酩家對調和威士忌看法，並為其豐富的層次深深動容。2010年，輿水精一由歐洲回到亞洲，帶著他的最新力作，與愛酒饕客們一同由嗅覺、味覺到心靈，體驗屬於東方的調和與感動。
三得利威士忌「響12年」裡加入了熟成30年以上的原酒，使「響12年」的口感有著超乎標示年份的熟成風味，韻味十足，而由輿水精一以創新概念釀製的「梅酒桶後熟原酒」則讓是「響12年」充滿了熟成的熱帶水果風味，並且採用三得利獨特的竹碳過濾法，讓「響12年」的口感如絲綢般滑順、清新。

Nose: Juicy marmalade with real chunks of orange, cooked apples dusted with cinnamon, thick honey and plum wine.
Palate: Crushed almonds, stewed fruits, clove-studded oranges. Sherried malt and a subtle core of oak.
Finish: Bright and flavoursome with crisp apple and citrus.
