The Chita Single Grain威士忌是Suntory集團下的穀物威士忌,由愛知蒸餾廠使用不同未經混合的釀造技術及技藝來製作而成,使用該廠生產的玉米及麥芽原酒,將廠內原來用於響威士忌調和的原酒,少數份原酒拿出來知多這隻穀物威士忌。

為了激發更複雜與更有深度的味道,福與先生選擇在已經嘗試過的美國白橡木桶之外,更將知多穀物威士忌放進紅酒桶與西班牙橡木桶陳年。
這個選擇創造出一個更輕柔、更滑順、有著無與倫比精緻,且有著更純淨的尾韻的「知多單一穀物威士忌」。

Chita Single Grain Whisky has always played the role of “soup” with a variety of flavors and elegant balance. It brings a delicate balance to Suntory’s reconciliation of whisky. After continuous research and innovation, it has continuously refined grain for 40 years. The brewing process of whiskey, Master Mixer of Suntory whisky finally created this outstanding single grain whisky. Knowing more than a single grain whiskey achieved unparalleled sophistication and complexity, he finally took the protagonist’s position to the stage.
The design features black calligraphy that expresses the distinctive qualities of Japanese whisky set on a white Japanese washi paper label representing the light flavor.
From Suntory’s “silent” distillery in the Aichi Prefecture, this is a single grain whisky from the Chita Distillery, which opened in 1972 in Port Nagoya, Japan. This grain distillery already produces whiskies you know and love, namely the grain whisky backbone of the Hibiki range and other Suntory products. Extremely rare offerings aside, Suntory hasn’t bothered to bottle much of anything from Chita as a single grain. Its one domestic core range product, the Chita Grain (which was already a limited-production bottling)
