三得利 響 圓潤 甜美 深沉 Hibiki Blender’s Choice
前一段時間三得利宣布了停產旗下的響17年和白州12年，日威愛好者們一片哀號。不過在日前，酒廠不動聲色地進行了幾件事情，其中一件看起來和響17停產也有相關…新款無年份「響 Blender’s Choice」的發售！雖然尚未向公眾正式宣布，但通過三得利公司舉辦的批發商研討會，這款名為“ Hibiki Blender’s Choice” 的威士忌己於2018年9月4日悄悄在日本本土推出。不要以為Non-age就能隨便買，9月時Blender’s Choice將先在日本國內發售，且為年間數量限定，要入手還是充滿挑戰。
Launching on 4 September 2018, Hibiki Blender’s Choice will be made from “carefully selected and diverse aged whiskies”.
The use of wine cask-aged whiskies gives the expression a “round, sweet, yet deep profile”.
Bottled at 43% abv, the average age of the component whiskies is around 15 years old.
“圓潤，甜美，深沉”的表達。Hibiki Blender’s Choice 將使用來自不同類型桶的各種成熟度，主要從15年到30年酒桶成熟的液體，以43％abv，700毫升裝瓶。酒款說明上，有兩個比較有趣的地方：
1/ 平均原酒年份15年，使用部分30年以上原酒
2/ 有使用葡萄酒桶熟成原酒，帶來更多甘甜與層次
雖然基本上使用陳年15年的原酒，但因為是無年份會有低於15年的原酒，價位上則是略低於響17，但跟其他無年份比定價則較高。加上這一款酒，目前響已經有三款NAS無年份版本在市場上，另兩款為「響 Japanese Harmony」及「響 Japanese Harmony Master’s Select」。
回顧當前的 Hibiki 景觀。讓我們不要混淆Blender’s Choice和 NAS 於2015年3月發布的 Hibiki Japanese Harmony，儘管是 NAS，日本和諧通常被認為與12年左右的威士忌相提並論。Blender’s Choice 的選擇會在15-20y 範圍內。所以你可以推測 Hibiki Blender’s Choice的發布將會是 Hibiki 17和/或21的替代，讓自己在年齡陳述方面有更大的靈活性。
The news comes just weeks after Suntory confirmed it will discontinue its Hibiki 17 Year Old and Hakushu 12 Year Old Japanese whiskies “at some point” after this year due to stock shortages.
三得利 響 圓潤 甜美 深沉 Hibiki Blender’s Choice
「響」 (Hibiki)是賓三得利（Beam-Suntory）旗下的一個著名調和威士忌品牌。1987年，當時三得利（賓三得利前身）的首席調和大師（Master Blender）Keizo Saji決定開發一個能夠反映三得利精湛技藝的調和威士忌系列。他與當時的主管調和大師（Chief Blender）Koichi Inatomi,在三得利旗下的三家日本酒廠山崎（Yamazaki，始建於1923年）、白州（Hakushu，始建於1973年）和知多（Chita，始建於1972年），浩如煙海的酒桶中選取了30多種威士忌原酒進行調和，最終於1989年推出了「響」系列。
1989年「響」系列只推出了響17年和響21年兩款酒。
1997年推出了響30年。
2009年推出了響12年。
2015年推出了無年份的響Japanese Harmony。
2015年底又推出了同樣無年份的響Japanese Harmony Master’s Select。
除了上述這些酒款外，響系列還推出過許許多多限量版酒款以及瓷瓶酒款（其中包含多款酒齡高達35年的酒款）。
