Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 山崎 水楢木限量版
「山崎 Limited Edition 2021」用上非常稀有嘅日本「水楢木」橡木桶陳年12年原酒混合而成，有柔滑嘅甜及濃郁果香。新鮮的果實風味、滑順但厚實的甘甜口感和讓人感到舒適的辛香料風味，建議純飲。酒標用越前和紙製作（山崎很喜歡用這個材料），紙盒則使用了水楢木的木紋質感印刷，正面下方有著山崎蒸溜所的插畫，從包裝上就想讓大家感受到滿滿的水楢感。PS.限量500瓶 limited to 500 bottles.
Yamazaki Limited Edition 2021 山崎 水楢木限量版
山崎，是日本知名的飲料大廠三得利在日本國内初次開設的威士忌蒸餾所，主要製作單一純麥威士忌(Single Malt Whisky)「山崎」。據說位於京都郊外的山崎，其所在地是個擁有好水的鄉里，而這裡的水質從創業當時到現在為止都沒有改變。以好水製作出來的「山崎」，在初期即分有「山崎」、「山崎12年」、「山崎18年」、「山崎25年」等4款威士忌，而這幾款歷經數年的商品，仍持續在世界性的品酒會中獲獎，堪稱是日本威士忌的代表款。
除了特有的香氣很受歡迎之外，因為使用不同材質的像是白橡木儲酒桶、西班牙橡木儲酒桶、水楢(學名Quercus crispula Blume)儲酒桶等原酒儲酒桶所混合出來的複雜香氣，另外也可以品嚐到柿或桃、香草等不同的果實香味，餘韻芳香宜人。這是一款「如果沒有喝過這一款日本威士忌，就別說你喝過日本威士忌！」的箇中極品。
So what does this new limited edition contain ? Suntory comes back with a big strike by offering this blend of single malts aged 12 years and older to mark the difference with previous editions composed mostly of whiskies less than 5 years old. In addition to their maturity, the blended single malts have all been aged in new Japanese oak barrels Mizunara (Quercus Mongolica) specially made for Suntory.
Nose: pineapple, orange, and nutmeg
Palate: honey, coconut cream, and blueberries
Finish: vanilla, ginger, and light smoke
