選自森林中熟成超過18年的麥芽原酒，充分吸收自然環境的特色與風味，入口芬芳而醇冽，水果與乾草香氛圍繞，餘韻深刻，散發淡然煙燻香氣。香味特徵：哈蜜瓜及芒果的果香中摻有清淡煙燻氣味，另擁有蜂蜜及牛奶糖般的香甜桶香，並帶有些微的肉桂氣息。白州麥芽原酒煙燻風味來自於以蘇格蘭重度泥煤乾燥的麥芽，使用來自南阿爾卑斯山日本名水百選、尾白川的名水，並儲藏置木桶中發酵。利用直火方式進行蒸餾、放置在位於森林中的儲藏庫靜靜地等待熟成。在這等待的過程中果香甜味、煙燻味漸漸浮現，完成令人感到清爽的口感。
