Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 響 櫻花桶
近年大眾對日本威士忌的需求激增，導致數款深受喜愛的年份威士忌停產，只因根本沒有足夠的指定年份存酒！也因為這個原因，酒廠不得不花更多心思去釀製沒有標示年份 (NAS) 的新品，包括一些有趣主題的佳釀。最近Suntory便宣佈旗下最高級的調和 (Blended) 威士忌品牌響，將會推出以櫻花木桶釀製的新產品。
限量推出的「響Blossom Harmony 2021」威士忌，酒精濃度為43%，會以響的基本原酒及在櫻花木桶熟成的「櫻樽Finish原酒」混合調和製成。因為加入了櫻花木桶的步驟，威士忌帶有華麗花香，在清爽口感之後會有豐富融和的餘韻。是次新品會以適合用於送禮作定位，酒標上繪製了祝賀用的百花圖樣，並用豔紅色做出反差，來傳達桜樽的華麗感。

Announced for May 2021, Hibiki Blossom Harmony 2021 is the new limited edition of Suntory’s famous blend which, as its name suggests, is a tribute to the flowering of cherry trees, one of the most traditional events in Japan.
After the Chita Sakura Cask Finish grain whisky from the The Essence Of Suntory series, the House, through this limited edition of Hibiki, is once again highlighting a strong symbol of Japanese culture : the Hanami (period of contemplation of the cherry blossoms).
For the occasion, the Japanese Harmony blend was enriched with single malts aged in Bourbon casks and refined in casks made from Japanese cherry wood ; the sakura casks. The label and the case were specially created with an important place given to cherry blossoms.
